The company is an award winning, global, research-oriented pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturing and marketing company that is seeking to grow through the acquisition of strategically related businesses.  This Client is a maker of pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food ingredients and additives, specifically focusing on phytonutrients, ayurvedic herbal extracts and specialty fine chemicals.  In the past nine years, the Company has brought over 50 standardized botanical extracts to market.  Product lines include natural extracts derived from plants as well as synthetic ingredients.  Company has Laboratory facilities and pilot plant production in the US; and R&D and commercial scale production facilities in India which handle product volumes ranging from a few hundred kilograms to several hundred tons.  Company has marketing and distribution centers around the world.
