B. Graeme Frazier, IV

Graeme founded Private Capital Research LLC in 2001, and he is also a partner in GF Data Resources LLC, a searchable proprietary database of transaction data on private equity-sponsored M&A transactions with $10 to $250 million in total enterprise value.

Prior to PCR, Graeme was Director of Research for the Private Capital Group of Berwind Financial Group LP, (a subsidiary of the Berwind Corporation) where he was responsible for industry research and company research relating to the Private Capital activities at Berwind. Drawing from a broad base of operational and investment experience, Graeme also directed the process that provided both proprietary and opportunistic deal flow for the Leveraged Acquisitions Group. Graeme has a diverse background in the areas of finance, operations and marketing.

Prior to joining Berwind Financial Group, L.P., he was:

  • A founding shareholder of The Eastwind Group, Inc., an investment company specializing in acquiring underperforming middle market manufacturing companies and turnaround situations. At Eastwind, Graeme participated in the acquisition and financing of a number of transactions. He was also President of Princeton Academic Press, a book printing company, and was Marketing Director of Team Graphics, Inc., a printing industry holding company.

  • Executive Vice President and General Manager, Murphy-Parker, Inc. At Murphy-Parker, Inc., a hundred year old bookbinding company, Graeme oversaw all aspects of the business for an absentee owner, and produced five years of record sales and profits.

  • Previously, Graeme worked with Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette Securities as a regional institutional account representative, and with MCI Telecommunications in sales.

Graeme has a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, and an M.B.A. from Temple University (Executive Program), where he received the Dean’s Certificate of Excellence and was elected to the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society.

Joseph Morris, Jr.

Joe has been involved with corporate finance and merger & acquisitions for the past thirteen years. Prior to joining Private Capital Research, Joe worked for Haverford Capital Advisors, a boutique investment banking firm specializing in valuation, corporate finance and M&A services to privately-held middle market companies. Joe has performed business valuations for more than 100 businesses throughout the Eastern and Midwestern U.S. with a total value exceeding $1 billion in a variety of industries, including healthcare, building material products, manufacturing, and service related sectors. Joe also has initiated and closed several M&A transactions in the healthcare services sector, where he has primarily represented the seller.

Prior to joining Haverford Capital, Joe served as a Management Consultant with Smart & Associates, LLP, a national public accounting and business advisory firm, where he provided post acquisition due diligence and management integration services and served in interim controller roles for local branches of a national reinsurance company, a national flooring distribution company, and an outsourced document management solutions firm.

Joe holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Finance from Cabrini College.

T.J. Haas

T.J. has over eleven years of experience sourcing investment opportunities and working in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions.  Prior to joining Private Capital Research, T.J. was Director of Acquisitions for Alliance Holdings, Inc., a 100% ESOP-owned holding company investing in a diversified portfolio of operating companies, where he was responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential acquisition candidates, executing transactions, and, as a member of the holding company investment committee, overseeing investment decisions and capital allocations.  Prior to that, he was a Vice President in the Special Situations Group of National City Investment Banking (formerly SSG Capital Advisors) where he worked with clients on a wide range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, Plans of Reorganization, corporate divestitures, financial restructurings, and the private placement of senior debt, subordinated debt, and various equity securities. Previous experience also includes Berwind Financial, L.P., a regional middle market investment banking firm, where he advised both healthy and distressed companies in M&A engagements as well as in the private placement of debt and equity.

T.J. gained operational experience while working as General Manager at the Gordon Biersch Brewing Company, a California-based microbrewery. His management responsibilities included monthly P&L performance, cash flow and inventory management, annual budgeting, same-store revenue growth and production forecasting.

T.J.  holds a Master of Business Administration (cum laude) from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration.


Robert J. W. Hill

Rob has been involved with corporate finance and merger & acquisitions for the past fifteen years. Prior to joining Private Capital Research in 2010, Rob worked for Thompson Street Capital Partners, a St. Louis, MO-based middle market private equity firm specializing in acquisitions of businesses under $120 Million in enterprise value. During Rob's tenure, Thompson Street Capital managed over $445 Million in equity capital which was invested in a wide variety of manufacturing, distribution and services industries.
 
Prior to joining Thompson Street Capital Partners, Rob served as a Principal with Brown Smith Wallace LLC, a Midwest-based regional accounting and business advisory firm, where he provided M&A due diligence, gift & estate tax valuations, goodwill impairment testing and litigation support services. Rob began his career working as an Investment Banking Financial Analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co., in New York City and later San Francisco, CA. While at Bear Stearns, Rob worked on numerous technology and natural resources engagements including mergers & acquisitions, carve-out sales, private placements, high yield debt offerings and equity issuances.
 
Rob holds a Masters Degree from Pepperdine University (1996) and a Bachelors of Arts in History from Princeton University (1995).

Clelia Fiore

Clelia joined Private Captial Research, LLC in 2006. Prior to joining PCR, she was a trainer for Computer Line in Drexel Hill, PA. In that position, she provided Microsoft Office training classes for corporate clients. Prior to that, she was an Educational Representative for Computer Forum where she provided training, in-service workshops and sales of Apple Macintosh computers to the educational community throughout Chester County.

Clelia is a graduate of Immaculata University with a BA in Economics. She is also a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City with an AAS in Fashion Design.
