Private Capital Research LLC (“PCR”) is a unique investment and consulting organization that provides high quality investment opportunities for private capital investors in the lower end of the middle market. PCR works only on the buy-side for a select number of private equity investors and corporate clients to produce investment opportunities that fit their criteria on both a generalist, opportunistic basis and a specific search basis. PCR sources opportunities to acquire, or invest in, companies that have between $10 and $500 million in revenues. PCR was formed to meet the needs of middle market private equity investors that would like to see additional high-quality deal flow, and corporate clients that are executing acquisition strategies to grow their businesses. Opportunities are sourced directly, as well as from a network of advisors, key professionals, and influential individuals who may be retained on the sell-side to create liquidity (or take advantage of growth opportunities) for owners of companies at a crossroads in their overall development.
